For a participant to be considered a student:
They must be currently enrolled in a Ph.D / master programme in their affiliated institution.
A proof of this is written on the official stationery and signed by the student's supervisor or head of department.
The proof is delivered to 
as a scanned PDF file (max. 1 MiB) within three (3) working days of the student registration. The e-mail must be sent by the signatory using their institution email address.
If no proof is delivered, the fee is raised to the regular fee.
The participants must carry all bank charges. The symposium fee must be transferred in full, otherwise the organising committee will request you to balance your account at registration.
Registration fee entitles the participants to attend the conference sessions and receive Registration and SPPT materials. It also includes the refreshments during the symposium breaks (twice a day), four lunches, Invitation cocktail, Conference dinner and Concert.
Registration fee for accompanying persons covers refreshments during the conference, four lunches, Invitation cocktail, Conference dinner, Concert and an engaging and historically accurate walking tour through historical Prague with a professional licensed guide on morning June 16, 2026.

Notification of all cancellations must be sent in writing to:

Cancellations received
- before May 4, 2026 will receive a refund of the conference fee less of an administration charge of 1000 CZK.
- Cancellations received after May 4, 2026 will not receive a refund, but all conference printed materials will be mailed to the non-participant. Registration fee may, however, be transferred to another conference participant.
